Who owns what
The platform. Omigo Chat's software, interface design, branding, product structure and service content belong to Omigo Chat or its licensors. Copying, redistributing, scraping, reverse engineering or exploiting them without permission is not allowed.
Your content. You keep your rights in what you lawfully create and upload. You give us the permissions reasonably needed to host, display, process, moderate, distribute, store and operate it on the platform and related services.
Upload only content you have the right to use and publish. If what you post infringes someone else's rights, claims, losses or enforcement arising from it may fall on you.
Sending a takedown notice
Email [email protected] with "Copyright" in the subject line. A notice we can act on usually has:
- who you are and how to reach you;
- the work you own, or are authorized to act for, described clearly enough to identify it;
- the exact link to the profile, post, video or other content you want removed;
- a short explanation of why it infringes your rights;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Please don't send passwords, verification codes or full payment card numbers. We will never need them for this.
What can happen next
We look at the notice and the content it points to. Where it is warranted, we can remove, restrict or disable access to the content.
The account that posted it can also face action under our Community Guidelines: a warning, a temporary suspension of privileges, or for severe or repeated cases, permanent suspension.
We may need more information from you before we can decide.
If your content was taken down
Think it was removed by mistake, or you had the right to post it? Email the same address, link to the content and explain why. Include anything that shows your right to use it, like a licence or written permission.
Your face, your name, your details
Not every complaint is about copyright. Impersonating another person is against our Terms, and so is posting someone's personal information without their consent. Capturing or sharing another person from a call without their consent breaks our Community Guidelines.
If someone is using your photos, your name or your private details on Omigo Chat, open that profile and use Report or write to us at the same address with a link.
