The age rule
You have to be 18 or older to use Omigo Chat, or older still if the minimum age where you live is higher. By using the service you confirm that you meet it.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.
What is banned
- Sexualized content involving minors, in any form, anywhere on the platform.
- Exploitative content of any kind.
- Minors appearing in avatars, albums, Moments, club avatars, nicknames or club names.
- Any behaviour that harms the rights or safety of a minor.
These rules come from our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and they also require you to follow local laws, particularly those protecting minors.
What we do
When we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under the minimum age, we take steps to delete it as quickly as possible.
Content involving a minor can be removed or restricted, and the accounts behind it can be suspended or closed for good. Severe violations are exactly what permanent suspension is for.
We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with legitimate legal or regulatory requests.
Reporting a concern
End the call first. Then open the person's profile and choose Report the moment you think they might be a minor, or if someone is trying to involve a minor in anything. Pick the reason that fits and submit; every report is reviewed. Then use Block so they can't reach you again.
You can also email [email protected]. Tell us what you saw, roughly when, and any username or profile link you have. Please don't send us copies of illegal images.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
For parents and guardians
If you believe your child has used Omigo Chat or given us personal information, write to us at the address above. Include whatever helps us find the account, such as an email address or a username, and we will act on it.
Browser and device parental controls can block adult sites, including this one. They are worth switching on.
